We are heading to Cherokee Scout Reservation for Summer Camp 2026.

June 21 – June 27

Packing List

All items should be packed in a footlocker or similar.
Summer Camp full packing list
Laundry will be done on Wednesday
Stuff you need in car:
- Class A Shirt
- Class B shirt (wearing preferably)
- Bathing suit (if haven’t passed swim test already)
- Bagged lunch
- Daypack with scouting essentials
- Filled water bottle
- snacks/candy/something to occupy idle hands
Stuff you need in the trailer:
- Foot locker of clothes
- Toiletries
- Pillow/sleeping stuff
- Camp chair (optional)

- Bicycles Hand
- Held Games
- Sheath Knife
- Fireworks
- Pets
- iPod And CD Players
- Generators
- Laptop Computers (Youth)

Payments and Merit Badges

3/26/2026–First payment due
- Full amount (includes $50 discount): $450
- Payment plan: $165
4/23/2026–Second payment due ($165)
5/21/2026–Third payment due ($170)
Merit badge sign up due 4/4/2026 8pm
- No action for parents

Required forms (Due June 7th)

NEW Procedure: Camp Doc submission: Health form (AB&C)
- You will receive an email from “Old North State via CampDoc” which will take you to the Camp Doc site.
- You will fill out the A and B form directly in Camp Doc and load for C
- Items to have nearby when you start to enter health form data:
  - Picture or scan of insurance card
  - Picture or scan of immunization record
  - List of medications taken
  - Picture or scan of Part C of Health Form (not all events will require a Part C. Scouts BSA summer camp DOES require a Part C).
- Here are some step-by-step instructions to help.
